1. Renewal Validity
All website hosting, domain, and email (Google Workspace or other) services are renewable on a yearly basis as per the agreed plan.
2. Payment Terms
Renewal invoices must be cleared before the due date to avoid service interruption, suspension, or data loss.
3. Price Variation Clause
Prices are subject to change based on revisions by domain registrars, hosting providers, or Google. Any such changes will be applicable at the time of renewal.
4. Service Continuity
Services will be renewed and activated only after receipt of full payment. Delay in payment may result in temporary or permanent service disruption.
5. Technical Support & Management
Annual charges include basic technical support, maintenance, and monitoring. Management charges are mandatory for ensuring uninterrupted service and support throughout the year.
6. Data Responsibility
Clients are advised to maintain their own backups. While we take reasonable precautions, TECH VAPI is not liable for any data loss due to server issues, hacking, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Domain Ownership & Management
Domains are managed under our secured system for safety and stability. Any transfer request will be subject to applicable terms, charges, and lock-in conditions.
To avoid yearly domain price hikes, we secure domain and hosting services for 5 years in advance while billing clients annually for convenience.
For security and uninterrupted service, all domains remain under our specialized management. Domain transfer to any third party will not be allowed during the 5-year period starting from 1st April 2026.
If the client requests a domain transfer before the 5-year lock-in period, the client or the new agency must pay the nominal domain and hosting charges for the remaining years; only then will the transfer process be initiated.
8. Third-Party Services
Email services (such as Google Workspace) and certain hosting features depend on third-party providers. TECH VAPI is not responsible for downtime or policy changes from these providers.
9. Late Renewal Risk
Failure to renew on time may result in domain expiry, loss of emails, or permanent deletion of website data, for which the company will not be responsible.
10. Termination Policy
Once renewed, services are non-refundable. Any cancellation request will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
